Bridal dance

We have a beautiful tradition on hungarian weddings, the dance with the bride, which starts exactly at midnight. That means everybody can (must ;)) dance with the bride. The dance symbolizes the transition from bride to wife.

Certainly this unique opportunity isn't for free :) You have to pay for it!

The moderator usually collects the price in a pot. You just put a small amount into the pot and they you are allowed to dance with the bride. If you wanna give money as a gift for the bride and groom, you can also use this possibility. Nevertheless, at the end, the groom dances with his bride and throws his whole wallet into the pot, which symbolizes that he has won the "bidding".

Anyway we thought about scratch tickets as a price for the bridal dance. So, please, just bring a scratch ticket and you can dance with the bride :)
